2026 Okayama Student Exchange Program Snapshots & Videos

The 2026 Okayama Student Exchange Program gave students from Guam the opportunity to travel to Okayama, Japan, where they immersed themselves in Japanese culture while improving their Japanese language skills.

A heartfelt thank you to the wonderful host families for their warm hospitality and generosity. During their stay, the students participated in a variety of meaningful cultural experiences, including sushi making, Wadaiko drumming, wearing a yukata, happi coat designing, playing kendama, practicing shodō (Japanese calligraphy), and many other enriching activities.

Along the way, they formed lasting friendships and gained a deeper appreciation for Japan’s rich culture and traditions.

Enjoy these memorable snapshots from the Okayama Student Exchange Program!
